Casa Brasil in Austin, TX is a local roaster that clearly puts heart, soul & love into every bean they sell. The owner, Joel Shuler and his wife and partner, Lisiane, travel to Brazil regularly, dealing directly and ethically with local growers to bring back the most exquisite beans.
